At Top Tier Tails, we believe in humanity over vanity, meaning your pet’s wellbeing always comes first. We never rush, force, or push a pet past their comfort level just to achieve a certain look. If something feels unsafe or too stressful, we slow down, adjust the plan, or stop, because a positive experience matters more than perfection.

As of today, Top Tier Tails is now operating from our new commercial space at 300 New Toronto Street, Unit 6, Etobicoke.
Top Tier Tails is designed to feel like a relaxing, one-on-one spa experience, not a loud assembly line. Gillian works by appointment only to keep the environment calm and focused, giving each pet the time and care they deserve. We do welcome Walk-Ins for simple services such as Nail Trims! Whether it is a dog or a cat, her goal is always the same: a clean, comfortable groom, a low-stress visit, and a pet that leaves feeling fresh, happy, and cared for.

Every appointment is designed to be as low-stress and comfortable as possible, in a space that is professional, peaceful, and built with your pet in mind.
