A Small Pricing Update ❤️

To our amazing Top Tier Tails clients,

Effective September 12th, we will be making an adjustment to some of our grooming prices.

When we opened Top Tier Tails, we carried over much of the pricing previously used at Petropolis. As we’ve grown and gained a better understanding of the true time, labour and costs involved in operating our own salon, we’ve realized that some services need to be adjusted so that we can continue building a healthy and sustainable business.

We want to continue serving you and providing the care and quality you expect for many years to come, and this pricing update is one of the ways we can make that possible.

The prices currently shown online are the new prices that will be in effect going forward.

The services most impacted by this adjustment are cat grooming services and large-breed grooming, as these appointments often require significantly more time, labour, products and physical work.

Even with these changes, we are committed to keeping our pricing competitive and accessible. We will also continue offering CPP and fixed-income discounts to help make grooming services more affordable for clients who need that extra support.

Most importantly, nothing about the care your pets receive is changing. We will continue providing the calm, patient, one-on-one and loving experience that Top Tier Tails was built around.
