Top Tier Tails Booking Policy At Top Tier Tails, your pet’s comfort, safety, and wellbeing always come first. To help us provide a calm, clean, and smooth grooming experience for every client, please review our booking policy below. Before Your Appointment Please make sure your pet has had a chance to pee and poo before arriving for their appointment. Accidents can happen, but if your pet arrives needing to relieve themselves, it can lead to mess during the appointment, extra cleanup, and in some cases a rebath, which may affect the final price. Please also make sure to always bring a leash and/or carrier to your appointment for your pet’s safety when arriving and leaving the salon. Important Pet Information Please let us know before your appointment if your pet: is aggressive has any health issues has any allergies has any sensitivities or anything else we should know to keep them safe and comfortable This helps us prepare properly and provide the best possible care. Pricing Pricing may vary depending on: coat condition matting behavior size of the pet time required extra cleanup rebathing if needed due to accidents We always do our best to be fair and transparent. Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or may need to be rescheduled depending on the day’s schedule. Cancellation Policy Appointments must be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations or last minute cancellations will result in future bookings requiring a deposit upfront to better protect our time and schedule. Safety First The comfort and wellbeing of your pet always comes first. If we feel a service cannot be completed safely, humanely, or without causing too much stress, we may need to stop or adjust the groom.
